Awwww jay is selling the 40/40 Club. Teaming up with the Las Vegas Sand Corp who are the owners of the Venetian and the Palazzo, Jay is going on a 50/50 with them making the 40/40 club in Vegas the largest sports booking. They soon will also open 40/40 clubs in London and Europe.
